Although Coco Chanel used to say “ Elegance does not consist in putting on a new dress” I do believe that wearing something new makes you happy and it shows. But it can be just a new pair of shoes.
The trick to making a dress look modern and individual is by pairing it with anything from edgy ankle boots to fluorescent sandals. So, don’t be afraid to give your look a twist by choosing fashion forward accessories. My favorite color for 2012 is lime yellow!

What Shoes?

" Shoes are the sexiest party accessory because they can transform any look" says designer Alexander Birman. This season choices are show-stopping shoes and range from leopard prints to bold cobalt blue stiletto shoes.

Usually, with sandals and peep toe shoes I prefer bare legs. I apply a hydrating cream mixed with Mac Face and Body foundation on my legs and then on top, I use a bronzing powder. However, you could go for:
- black opaque tights like Falke's black 100 denier demi-opaque
- tights like the Wolford with dots or stripes

What to Wear on Top?

You can pair the little black dress with a bright color leather biker jacket for a 2012 modern Rock Glamorous look.
